Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Parikalp Technologies ("Parikalp", "we") collects through www.parikalp.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Engineering files and data you share with us during the closed beta are covered by the separate agreement we sign with your team.

What we collect

• Early-access requests. When you submit the form, we receive your name, work email, company, industry and engineering team size.
• Messages you send us. If you email or call us directly, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The light or dark theme you pick is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and set up a call.
• To run the closed beta with your team, if you join it.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists. We'll only email you about your request or the beta.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree receives early-access form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Vercel hosts this website, including its fonts and images.

These providers may process data outside India. Each handles it under its own privacy policy, linked above.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests and correspondence for as long as we're in conversation with you about the beta, and delete them when you ask us to or when they're no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it, under applicable law including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
