These terms apply when you use www.parikalp.com, run by Parikalp Technologies ("Parikalp", "we"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you join the closed beta, the agreement we sign with your team governs your use of the product; these terms cover the website only.

The website and demo

This site describes a product in closed beta. Features, supported tools and timelines may change. The interactive demo runs on sample engineering files and sample answers; it doesn't show real customer data or real results, and nothing in it is engineering advice.

Requesting access

Submitting the early-access form doesn't create a contract or guarantee you a place in the beta. Please give accurate details. How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logo and research summaries on this site belong to Parikalp or its licensors. You're welcome to link to the site and quote short passages with credit. Don't copy, republish or reuse larger parts of it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, overload it with automated requests, or submit false or harmful content through its forms.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we don't control, such as LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Parikalp isn't liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website.
